All new players welcome. Contact a member of staff below or feel free to turn up at a training session.

We currently train twice a week - indoor fitness and outdoors on Astroturf. We train on grass during the summer so you will need boots and trainers (decision will be made as to what to wear on the day).

MONDAY TRAINING - 7.30pm-9pm (arrive ready to start at 7.30pm). Circuit training in the Pulse Gym fitness room. 27 Derby Road, Ripley, DE5 3HR - opposite Ripley Leisure Centre. Bring water and at least £2

THURSDAY TRAINING - 8pm-9pm on the outdoor Astroturf (trainers / blades - no boots) at The Ripley Academy (formerly Mill Hill School), Peasehill, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3JQ. Fully qualified coaches.Surface is an abrasive, sand-based one. Come prepared as you would for a game - gumshield, shoulder pads etc

All sessions cost £2 a session (with money being taken off your membership cost).

EVERYONE IS WELCOME - existing player, new player to the club, someone who hasn't played in a while and anyone totally new to the game - we'll coach to your experience level.
