League action starts this weekend!

The 2018 / 19 league season kicks off this week, with the Guild welcoming Atherstone RFC to Rowley Road this Saturday to start this year’s campaign.

After finishing fourth in Midlands 5 West (South) last season, and due to the RFU restructuring the leagues again, the Guild will face Atherstone three times in Midlands 5 West (South) this season, with the Club hosting a home fixture first followed by two away trips.

In recent years, the Guild enjoyed a healthy rivalry with the north Warwickshire based side. However last season, Atherstone firmly had the advantage and won both fixtures, with a comprehensive 71-0 victory in October, and despite a more spirited Guild display in January ultimately leading to a 0-19 loss.

Kick off is at 3pm.
