Inner Warrior - Sunday 28th January 2018

On Sunday 28th January Upminster will be hosting an Inner Warrior rugby session. It will start at 10am and aim to be finished by 12 noon.

Inner Warrior is an England Rugby campaign aimed at women aged 18-35, encouraging greater female participation in contact rugby across England. The theme of the January campaign is 'New Year,New You', encouraging women kick-start their fitness regime for the new year and challenge themselves to take up a new sport.

All you need is a pair of trainers and your usual workout gear. Boots are not compulsory but may be beneficial.
