These will reflect the new configuration of the Cricket Scotland League (CSL) and will be sent to all 32 clubs in the next few days. A copy will also appear on the Cricket Scotland Website.
It has been agreed that the CSL National Championship Final will take place at Grange Loan, home of Carlton CC, on Saturday 8th September.
The Scottish Cup Final will take place at Titwood, home of Clydesdale CC on Sunday 2nd September.
The re-named Cricket Scotland Trophy Final will be played on the same day (2 September) at Boghall, West Lothian.
The Murgitroyd T20 will continue, with the Finals Day to be played at Poloc’s Shawholm ground, date to be confirmed.
The Scottish Cup and Cricket Scotland Trophy will be played with a pink ball and coloured kit for the first time this year. Coloured clothing, while not mandatory in 2012, is strongly encouraged. This condition will become mandatory in 2013 and to encourage clubs to use coloured clothing for this year, Cricket Scotland’s official kit supplier, Surridge is preparing a special promotional offer for Clubs. Details will be sent to all CSL Clubs shortly.
A new knock out cup competition named the Cricket Scotland Challenge Cup has been established this year to cater for the leading Regional League teams. Invitations for this will be sent out in the near future while the Small Clubs Cup will continue in the same format as before.
