Pass, Pass, Pass!

With Tim Wheeler (U9's Coach) and Keith Oakes (M&J Chairman & Coach), the first summer session for the Junior Belles was all about passing! After stretches/warm ups, the Belles started off with a quick game of bulldog then the passing practice got under way! Practise passing in an offensive position on the run, passing games in a circle, forward lateral and backwards movement drills. This was followed by a touch rugby session when younger players joined the Belles for some fun and games including a three way passing drill in a boxed area. A touch rugby game followed where some of the younger players showed their running skills and evasion techniques keeping those Belles on their toes! Great fun was had by all and a big thank you to Tim and Keith for running the session.
