TOWN WIN PERFORMANCE OF THE MONTH AWARD

FAVERSHAM TOWN'S FA Cup giant-killing has been recognised by the Bostik League.
League Secretary Kellie Discipline presented manager Ray Turner with the award for Performance of the Month for September.
The trophy - handed over before the Lilywhites' victory over VCD Athletic on Saturday - was for the 3-1 win over Tonbridge Angels in the first qualifying round.
A brace from Mark Lovell and a goal from Matt Bourne were enough to put out the Bostik Premier DIvision opponents
