Hi and welcome to the Fullerians RFC U11’s club page

This Squad is for children who turn 11 years old on or after 1st September 2023 through to 31st August 2024.

This means any boys or girls who are currently in Primary School Year 6 starting in September 2023.

We play under the RFU Age Grade Rugby rules for Under 11's, which are geared around full contact which means tackling, 3 person scrums, 2 v 2 rucking & mauling and the introduction of kicking this year....

At Fullers U11s, we are passionate about what we do, but what we do is not about winning matches at all costs. Our goal is to bring children into the wonderful world of Mini Rugby and we follow the RFU Kids First Principles, and to allow them to experience the discipline, fellowship, fun and excitement to be had.

All of coaches are RFU qualified and DBS checked as well as first aid trained. Some of the coaches all play at Fullers and have been part of the club for several years. All the coaches and our admin have children in the U11’s age group and we give up our time voluntarily.

Every child has a place in Mini Rugby and there is place for every child.

We welcome new players and we are always looking for boys and girls to join our squad of players. As a new player you get chance to try three sessions before you commit to joining the club, after which you will have to pay the subs and buy the kit.

A gum shield will be required from the outset, though. That's important!

The season starts on in September, but children can join any time.

We train Sunday mornings starting at 9:30am and usually go through to 1100pm. Through the season we will play friendly fixtures against other local clubs.
