Knowle Ladies start the search for a new manager

Wanted: qualified coach to help develop the side and take the team to the next level

Knowle Ladies FC are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and positive person to take on the role of team manager for the 18/19 season onwards.
The team were formed in 2001 and are a close knit, eager and talented side made up of a range of ages. Knowle Ladies play in the West Midlands Regional Premier League, matches are on a Sunday afternoons and they currently train one evening a week.

We are looking for someone with the drive and desire to take the team forward and help us develop the female section of the club as a whole.
The key priorities for the successful candidate would be to:

• develop, improve and expand the current playing squad whilst continuing to foster an excellent team bond
• work together with the club’s youth section to build links and create a route from junior to senior football for female players
• play a part of shaping the future of Knowle FC as a member of the club’s management committee

You must hold a relevant coaching qualification and we expect you to be able to display a can do attitude, a passion for promoting women’s football and good communication skills.

The applications will be assessed by a panel of representatives from the club, and candidates may be invited to interview if appropriate.
