Rob Logan wins Devon umpire of the year

Club feedback rates Rob the highest
OPM HC's very own Rob Logan has been awarded this season's Umpire of the Year by the Devon Hockey Umpires Association (DHUA).
Graham Woolcock, appointments secretary for the DHUA, said that the award was given for the best feedback scores from Devon clubs throughout the season
