By Simon Cullum

Soham has been busy ahead of this weekend’s transfer deadline by bringing in four new players to the club.

Having brought in another four in his first week in charge, Steve Fallon has added to his squad by signing Joe Stroud, James Motley, Anthony Fernandez and Jordan James.
Stroud returns to the Lane from Essex Senior League side Takeley; the 20 year old defender originally joined at the beginning of last season after leaving Histon, before signing for Newmarket Town in January 2011. Also coming in are 19 year old defender Motley from Over Sports, 20 year old Haverhill Rovers’ midfielder Fernandez, whilst 18 year old James joins having not recently been connected to any clubs.

The club have also announced that Brady Stone has left Soham. The 26 year old defender arrived at the beginning of March from Littleport Town, however after only four games has returned to current Ridgeons League leaders and former club Ely City.
Simon Flanz who also departed last week, has joined up with a number of other former Greens, including Andy Furnell and Andy Coleman, by signing for UCL Premier division side Yaxley.
