Match-day Secretary : This post is a new opportunity to assist the Football Secretary to provide administration support to the Football Management Team for the First Team and our Reserves.

This post will include working with the Football Management Team to identify the selected team and then completing the team sheet followed by processing this with the Referee and our opponents.

After the game it requires the recording of all key incidents like time of a goals scored, scorers name, any bookings and send off’s plus noting the substitutions of who came on and off and the time this happens. After the game we are required to call/text the result to the relevant league and/or the Football Association.

Press Officer : This is a post that we would like to make a dedicated position and remove from the Football Secretaries duties. The new post holder would be supported by the Football Secretary with the remit of ensuring the club news is getting out into the public domain by using social media and liaising with other media sources. Key areas will include ensuring a match report is produced for the first team and Reserves would be desirable one, plus producing news worthy articles from the whole club.

Match Day Pitch-side First Aider : We have a vacancy for another First Aider to work alongside our existing First Aider. We would like someone who solely looks after the First Aid needs on match-days, for both our First Team and Reserves. The post is open for anyone looking to be involved in the game being part of the match day team in a medical way and is a stepping stone that the club is willing to support the right candidate in providing training, equipment and materials to successfully fulfill the post.
