Harrison Nets Double In U16's Victory

Thornes U16s started the New Year with a fine 4-0 win at home to Beeston FC in Div 1 of the Garforth League.

New signing Ethan Harrison thoroughly deserved his Newstrack Newsagents Man of the Match award with two well taken first half goals. Further goals were added by Eddie Morton and Alex Bailey Lee in a win which was thoroughly deserved.

Skipper David Rushton also put in a strong performance in the centre of Midfield.
