Dinner Dance is Huge Success

Watford Town and Country Club hosted nearly 100 of WRFC's finest to celebrate a hugely successful year both on and off the pitch.

Following on from great speeches by Dave James, Richard Williams, George Hicks and Luke Hammill a series of awards were made.

A big thank you to Peter and Joanne Forde of Crown House Projects who sponsored the senior playing kit this season, and were recognised with a presentation on the evening.

This was followed by flowers for Kay & Yvonne in recognition of all the hard work they put in on the committee before Mike Lee received a brand new lions shirt and set of brandy for all his work in videoing the senior matches.

Things then got physical with Dave Hall being recognised for all his hard work in the physio room this season.

Most Improved Player - Kiren Kebali
Ted Amey Trophy for Player of the Season - Josh Wilkinson
Harry Taylor Trophy for Clubman of the Season - Martin Lee
Craig Reilly Trophy for Players Player - Adam Hancock

Don't forget, the AGM is coming up at the clubhouse on the 26th May. 19:00 meet for 19:30 start.
