Notice of AGM
This years AGM will be held on the 26th May, 19:00 meet for 19:30 start.
The AGM is open to all club members, however please note only fully paid club members will be entitled to vote.
Reports from the Chairman, DOR, Secretary, Treasurer, YDO & House Manager will be heard and open to questioning. Following this, the following committee positions will be voted on:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Director of Rugby
Secretary
Treasurer
Youth Development Officer / MMJ Chairman
Club / 1st XV Captain
2nd XV Captain
Social Secretary
Nominations must be made to Secretary Kay Giddings (kaymgiddings@gmail.com) no later than Wednesday 16th May. Nominations should also be seconded by a fellow club member. Please note, the nominee must be aware of their nomination.
