a good result for witham lifting them a few places from the bottom end of the table ,whilst had hornchurch won they would have gone into second place in the table. sam mott the home keeper was in early action saving from elliot ronto as witham started well but the first half was a good mid field battle with witham more than level from there formidable opponents.

both keepers were in early action at the start of the second half during goal mouth scrambles with bobby mason witham keeper making saves from george purcell and theo fairweather-johnson.however as the game progressed mason had to make more saves from leon mackezie and mattias fanimo as towns defence held firm.in the late stages of the game witham really got on top and there was only one team going to win this game,but it took until the 92nd minute to come when CORREY DAVIDSON scored with a terrific strike from the edge of the area a real beauty
