Changes to the Dragons' coaching team

Jason Savage has stepped down as first team coach. He joined the set up in the summer having managed Wivenhoe Town Reserves for the previous three seasons. Following the resignation of Mo Osman as manager, Jason took over the running of the first team during a challenging interim period.

Jason will remain at the club as a volunteer and will continue to contribute his time to help the Dragons in other areas.

Ian Smith will remain at the club as goalkeeper coach.

Chairman Mo Osman said - "I can't thank Jason and Ian enough for all their help during a really difficult time for the team.

I'm delighted both are staying at the club"

First team manager Chris Hudson has added Dave Childs to his coaching team as Assistant Manager, Dave was manager of Holland Reserves who play in the Essex & Suffolk Border League First Division. Dave will be in the dugout with Chris for his first game in charge at Ely City on Saturday.
