Clubs determine their own future.........
Cumbria Rugby Clubs, meeting at an SGM on Wednesday, voted by a considerable majority [ratio2:1] to back the Cumbria Constituent Body Management Committee proposal regarding all Cumbria clubs below North Lancs and Cumbria League playing their rugby within the county.
As of next season all qualified Cumbrian Teams must play in Cumbria for at least the next 2 year after which a review will take place.
An alternative proposal which would have meant that a few teams would play in the NOWIRUL[The replacement for the SALFORD UNI] leagues was rejected.
