It was good to be back, even though it was freezing though it was nice to see everyone again! After everyone arrived we went straight into the warm up, after that we moved onto handling to refresh our knowledge. Then we did a bit of tackling techniques, but to start with the ground wasn’t soft enough for tackling so we started to do touch matches against each other, after a while we were able to add a bit of contact to make it more exciting. At the end we did a warm down then did the cross bar challenge, where you kick or throw the ball and try and hit the cross bar in between the posts, the first person to do so wins! Overall it was a really fun session and we welcome all the new players and wish everybody good luck in the new year!
