Barkingside shared a 2-2 draw at home with fellow strugglers Leyton Athletic at Cricklefields yesterday afternoon.
'Side fought back from 2-0 down after 34 minutes to go into half-time only a goal behind thanks to a strike from Joe Oates.
Harry Matthews drew 'Side level on 64 minutes, but a winner couldn't be found for either team as the points were shared.
The result leaves Alex Goldstone's Sky Blues still three points behind 19th placed Leyton at the bottom of the table, eight points behind 18th place.
'Side are back in action next away to ESL leaders Stansted on Saturday 19th January. Kick-off for that match at Hargrave Park is at 3pm.
