West Riding County FA Annual Awards

The West Riding County FA Annual Awards Dinner took place last Friday, July 7th, at Leeds United's Elland Road Ground.

Battyeford SC had been nominated for the Community Club Award along with around 5 other clubs from all around the WRCFA area.

We were extremely pleased to be announced as the winners of this annual award on the night and were presented with it by Paul Reaney, on eof the 2 after dinner speakers on the evening; the other one being Norman Hunter.

The award is agreat achievemnt for the club when you consider all the other Community Clubs withint the WRCFA area and is a real tribute to all the hard work done throughout the club from all our hard working and committed volunteers.

On behalf of the Club Executive Committee a very big thank you for all the hard work you all put in and hope we can keep going from strength to strength.
