Tyrone is a 25 year old attacking midfielder who has completed a transfer from EvoStik League Premier Division side St Ives Town. Pink played against the Eagles for Chalfont St Peter earlier in the season and previously has represented Colliers Woods, Redhill FC and Chipstead FC.
Speaking to www.bedfordeagles.net, Eagles Manager Jon Taylor stated “Tyrone will be a major asset to the squad. He has an ordinate amount of pace and is very dangerous in one on one situations. He is an old school winger who dribbles the ball for fun, can play either side of the flanks and delivers good quality in to the box for our attacking players.”.
Taylor continued “Tyrone will give us a different dimension going forward and great balance on both sides of field with his quick feet, cleverness and directness that will cause defences problems. The squad continues to get stronger and there is now fierce competition for places as we look to build an excellent squad for next season. ”
Pink’s registration is currently going through with the Southern League and he should be available for tomorrow’s home fixture against Egham Town.
