Ben Seymour’s second half strike, his fifth in six games, cancelled out George Lloyd’s opener for the home side. Lloyd’s deflected shot after 15 minutes left Steve Oliver helpless and gave Mangotsfield the lead in a really open first period. Seymour went close on a couple of occasions for Bideford but The Robins trailed at the break. The equaliser did come though on 64 minutes as Seymour ran on to Sean Downing’s flick and smartly lifted the ball over the advancing George Dorrington. The night ended on a sour note however as Liam Gregory, making his full Robins debut, was stretchered off with a suspected broken leg in the late stages.
