KINGS LANGLEY 1 v BIGGLESWADE TOWN 1
Report by Mike Draxler
This was a bitingly cold evening, no place to be here mid-April. The game on with the pitch well sanded but we played and didn't add to the fixture congestion.
From a neutral point of view, honours even with both teams sharing the play. From my perspective, as is customary with Craig Daniel in goal, we take the game forward and my thoughts are we tipped the balance in our favour. Michael Weiss scored for Langley mid way through the first half, a curling shot that Craig got his hand to but unable to push away.
Second period Waders out with renewed energy and dominated most of the 45. A special from George Bailey on 65, outside the box, it was a goal immediately it left his boot. Great strike to please the travelling support and George's Mum.
Four games with only one defeat not bad without a recognised keeper.
