Blofield and Bradenham played out an entertaining 3-3 draw at the Rec this weekend as the home side gained their first point of the season.
Blofield had to be thankful for a string of second half saves from Ian Stones as Bradenham dominated much of the second period, after Blofield had been on top in the first half.
Leading 2-1 at half time through Dunthorne and Cox, Bradenham laid siege to the home goal but found Stones in great form. Their pressure eventually told but no sooner had they equalised when a great run and cross from Cox saw Dunthorne tap in to restore Blofield's lead.
Bradenham were not to be out done though and equalised with about five minutes left to give both sides a share of the points.
A Full match report will follow shortly
The following game saw the Reserves, barely unrecognisable from the team that beat Mulbarton Wednesday night and with Chris Stocker making his first football appearance for a number of years (having only just turned up to watch!), lose 4-0 to an impressive newly promoted AC Mill Lane.
