BWRFC Board Meeting
4-19-15

Members in attendance: Lindsay Watson, Jean Solecki, Danielle Woodward, Candice Wierzbowski

1. Beer Olympics

• Originally scheduled for 5/9
• Will postpone until August
• Still need a place
• Will determine date when we know Fall schedule (May)

2. End of Season Party

• Will now be May 9 in place of Beer Olympics
• Need location
• Need to send potluck info out

3. Cheesesteaks

• Didn't get qualifying bid, NOVA will hold 7s qualifier for the weekend
• Need to form committees (see below), will email team to get volunteers/recruit helpers
• Kim contacting trainers/EMT
• Candice to contact social bars

The following committees will be headed by these board members:

• Registration/Scheduling: Alex and Watson
• T-Shirts: Trish and Squash
• Food: Candice and Danielle
• Raffle/Sponsorships: Jean

4. MAC/EPRU Update

• MAC is revising its old logo and will be reassigning coordinators
• Upcoming call will discuss how Severn handled the Doylestown cancellation - more legislation could be coming
• Captains: Remind players to bring IDs to playoffs!

5. Recruiting

• Pulled old All Star rosters, Kim and Jenna to contact
• Ask younger players to recruit more

6. Bartone

• Monmouth is coming
• We have very low numbers
• Send availability email/ask at playoffs?
• Invite old players, friends from school, etc
