Members in attendance: Lindsay Watson, Jean Solecki, Danielle Woodward, Candice Wierzbowski

1. Cheesesteaks
Registration:

• 13 teams currently registered, more expected
• Doing a U15s bracket (5 teams expected) instead of girls U19s (no interest)

Food:

• Jean to email food list to Danielle and Candice
• D & C will go to BJs the day before
• Also getting ingredients for Cheesesteak Nachos
• Jean will get body coolers to Danielle before she leaves for Germany
• Candice to bring triple crock pot

T-Shirts, Coozies, Etc.

• Tank tops instead of t-shirts (Kentucky vendor?)
• Hi-liter green and pink
• Better sizes (more XXLs and more small sizes)
• Trish's friend to do graphic design?
• Trish handling coozies

Raffle

• Jean putting together theme baskets: Man Cave, Summer Theme, Night at Movies (for kids), etc.
• Will email team about contributing

Vendor

• Watson will talk to Jeff this weekend
• If Jeff isn't available, will try to use same as last year

Social

• Catherine Rooney's in Trolley Square has agreed to host us
• Candice in contact about specials, a separate room, etc.
• Open social early for teams finished after round robin?
• Print maps to bar

AOB Cheesesteaks

• Will be in touch with team about volunteer responsibilities
• If you are at Cheesesteaks, even if you're playing, you need to help out

2. Fall Season

• Green Field is booked through fall
• Captain voting after Surfside 7s
• Season meeting will be 8/13
• First practice will be 8/18
• Jean has the fall schedule, but there are some openings
• 8/30: Eagles v. Harlequins - Tailgate
• 9/12: Play Lehigh?
• 10/24: Beer Olympics
• 11/7: Fundraiser

3. Riot Gear
What we're getting:

• Socks: Handled by Trish
• Lax tanks: Handled by Candice
• Kit bags: Handled by Danielle

When to order (and pay):

• Will be making an order form
• Form is to be completed and returned during the first fall practice or before
• Payment for ALL items due FIRST PRACTICE OR BEFORE

What about new jerseys?

• New jerseys are contingent on Cheesesteak success. If we raise enough at our tournament, we can get new uniforms. If not, they will be contingent on fundraising.
