From the whistle we played a hard and determined game against a stubborn home side. The conditions were horrendous and the strong wind and a slippy wet ball caused mistakes by both sides, however a dogged performance from the Burton boys produced a convincing win. We dominated the breakdown, pressured the opposition into mistakes and then took advantage with fast accurate passing.
Well done especially to our new player Peter Millward who pulled on a Burton shirt for the first time and held a very good account of himself with a solid and confident performance in the second row.
