Micro's can join the training sessions from ages P1 - P3.
Training sessions are held on Sunday's from 11am - 12pm
We ask for all players to arrive approx 10mins before so we are ready to begin training at 11am and players are wearing appropriate clothing for ALL weather conditions.

You will find us at The Playing Fields at the rear of Wick High School and Caithness RFC Millbank Rugby Ground, Thurso.

Each age group has an SRU qualified coach in charge.
