Carniny Amateurs v Allstars

A good result for the boys but the Allstars really made them work for it and where still in the game at half time. Tom McCarroll made some excellent saves and like our other keepers is really benefiting from the extra goalkeeping training. In defence Joshua Orr and Josh Waddell where strong and started a lot of attacks with some great passing out of defence. Charlie McCartney is really starting to take on board what we are doing in training and played some great passes. Tom Sittlington beside him is also showing signs of progress and was rewarded with the opening goal just before half time. Charlie Ewart upfront was also rewarded with a goal having battled well all game. Mathew Ewart was once again the stand out performer scoring a couple of excellent goals in the second half. Great work boys.
