Caversham AFC v WhiteKnights tournament wash out
But Caversham AFC still emerged victorious for the 6th time in 6 years!
Thanks to everyone who took part in the 6 playing of the WhiteKnights v Caversham AFC Challenge Cup on 12 May.
We ended upon winning by 36 matches to 20 to retain the cup as the rain cut short the number of games we were able to play. The days started off well with the U6, U7, U8 and U10 teams able to complete their matches - but after that it all went pear-shaped! We weren't even able to play the coaches game (which we would have one anyway of course!).
For the record - the scores were as follows:-
U6 - CAFC won 5 matches - WhiteKnights won 4
U7 - CAFC 7-2 WhiteKnights
U8 - CAFC 3.5-0.5 WhiteKnights
U10 - CAFC 8-8 WhiteKnights
U9 - CAFC 3.5-2.5 WhiteKnights
U13 - CAFC 4-0 WhiteKnights
U12 - CAFC 5-3 WhiteKnights
TOTAL - CAFC 36-20 WhiteKnights
