The Basford man of the match was...

Curtis Pond.

For those who were there last night, am sure you'll agree that at least two late Curtis Pond saves were a massive impact on us getting a point last night.

Pond picked up 10 of the 19 votes (53%) to win his second Man of the Match award this season so far.

Second was George Cater who had a "goal" ruled out for offside when it appeared he had got back onside, with all that "second phase" stuff (and perhaps should have been awarded the opening goal last night.)

In a spirited team performance, Jordan Flattley, Jimmy O'Neill, Chris Baker and goalscorer Will Whieldon all picked up a vote.
