Starters:
- Warm poached egg salad with frizzled chorizo and herb croutons
- Tempura battered prawns on a sweet and sour cabbage with a green chilli,coriander, lime and ginger dressing
- Caramelized red onion tart tatin with glazed goats cheese
- Rich chicken liver pate, Berry chutney and warm rye bread
Mains
- Lemon sole fillet rolled and stuffed with selsey crab, wilted spinach, served with wild rice and a bisque cream
- Pan fried pork fillet, apple and sage mash, greens and calvados jus
- Slow roasted shoulder of lamb, pulled and rolled, Boulanger's potatoes, savoy cabbage, red wine jus
- Baked portobello mushroom, with spinach, dauphinoise potato, white Stilton and cherry tomato compote, green peppercorn sauce
