Dodgeball mayhem.. gets the U11's off to a great start...

Great to see 16 members of the squad attending last Sunday for some summer training fun for the U11s, with the services of Sean Dobbs being well received by the squad and siblings who joined in and the coaches alike. The objective of the training was Teamwork and communication.... the later being evident with the level of laughter rolling over a sunny Sunday morning @ Oaklands. Based on feedback received from the squad we will be looking to get Sean back..... watch this space.

Building on core value of Teamwork (and fitness!), the squad where split into Teams and where challenged to bet the 1969 1,500mtr U10 world record set in 1969 of 4 minutes, 37 seconds.... pleased to report the first squad to cross the line did in a time of 4 minutes, 29 seconds. Great work!

The Coaches hope to see more squad members over the summer, as the squad where reminded the extra skills and fitness work they put in now, will pay dividends within the forthcoming season....
