Chippenham overwhelm Sherborne with an irresistible start to win 30-0 in their final D&W plate match

D&W Plate match
Chippenham U13s won the D&W Plate in around 12 minutes with a complete performance from the first play of the match.
The forwards were simply overwhelming, and set things going with three tries in a few minutes from Toby G, Liam and Freddie.
The backs then got in on the action taking advantage of the possession with some fine passing to put first Joseph, then Austin free to score on the wings, followed by an opportunist chase by Ed to put Oscar over for the final try.
Superb rugby front to back.

Friendly match
The teams then played 3 quarters of friendly rugby.
We saw more of Sherborne, with the play and result more evenly balanced. Chippenham eventually won 30-20 after the lead passed back and forth for most of the match.
