Message from New Director of Mini and Junior Rugby

To all at Congleton RUFC

I would like to introduce myself as your new Mini and Junior Director of Rugby! I am Daniel Robinson I have been heavily involved in rugby development in Manchester and growing the game to a part of the area where young people and children may have never played it. I plan to bring my experiences and ideas to Congleton to replicate the success I have had.
During my role I will be meeting with as many club members and representatives as possible in my first couple of weeks. I will be visiting the club this Sunday so if you want to talk I will be here.

Whilst in my role I want make rugby enjoyable for children and young people but also for the parents, coaches and team managers and I want to support all teams with their own development such as coaching courses, referee courses or general support that people may need.

I plan to put updates on the website regularly with regards to coaching, tips and tricks and general mini and junior information.
I am very open to other people’s ideas and comments so please pass these onto me.
I am extremely proud to be a part of this project and I will put my all into it. I hope as a club and a team we can have huge success!
