Academy Coleg Cambria Scholars - Pre Season Fixtures Announced

Our pre season fixtures program which has been compiled by new Head of Scholarship Program Iain Bennett consists of sixteen fixtures against senior Cymru Alliance, Welsh Alliance and Welsh National League levels.

Our pre season program kicks off on Monday 2nd July and the eight week pre season program leading into September will consist of a tailored pre season program to mirror our first team curriculum. The program has been compiled by Jay Catton along with Ed Harper and Gez Roberts of number One gym who all hold degrees and master degrees in Sports and Exercise Science.

Players have already done their fitness tests last week and are being distributed their four week off season program next Monday 4th June.

Pre Season will consist of Monday and Wednesday day sessions which will take place at Number One gym and The Quay 3G. This allows for full recovery days on Tuesdays and Thursdays along with double recovery days over the weekend with all games taking place on Friday evenings. This ensuring players training can be maximised over this period and allows plenty of recovery between to ensure players remain injury free.

Without doubt this is our most detailed and planned pre season program for our full time scholarship players in preparation for the new 2018/19 campaign.
