The second lot of fitness tests were recorded at the end of July 2017 following all players at U13-U19 being given a six week off season fitness program from the first lot of tests at the end of the 2016/17 season.

Fitness results for all age groups is in competitive order with players highlighted for improvement (green), maintained levels (white) or poorer scores (red) in each of the four tests on our key areas of focus for the season: speed, power, speed endurance and agility.
The next batch of testing will take place at the end of August following our full pre season program.
The aim of our testing over the season is to push players physically to continuously improve and give all players clear targets and foxy of improvement.
It is a fantastic conditioning program which has been put in place by Ed Harper our academy sports scientist and the six tests over the season we hope will see lots of improvement across the board for all of our young players.
