K Park training only 7-8pm this Tues (5 March) for U18s & U16s. Seniors on grass pitch. Thursday - no Ballerup training as 1sts playing Fri at GHK.
2nds match at home v GHK OFF - frozen pitch
For senior rugby today, come to Irvine to see 1sts, 3 pm kick off. Otherwise U18s at Stewartry, 2pm ko!!
