It’s our Bank Holiday match and as in past seasons Prims entertained Borrowash Vics.
Prims were looking to build on their excellent start and Vics who were not only looking for their first point but also their first goal of the season.
It was Prims who came out the blocks the quickest and showed the confidence they have from Saturday’s 5-0 win. In the first minute Dominic Wilkinson shot wide, but in the second minute Prims took the lead, when Michael Fitzhugh hit the post Kurt Dallison missed the rebound but when the ball fell to Kev Morrow who made no mistake. After five minutes Prims could have doubled their lead when after the Vics keeper failed to hold a Brandon Gwinnutt shot Fitzhugh hit his shot high and wide. However after nine minutes they did find the net when Dallisons shot was saved and Morrow scored his second. Prims were dominant with Kial Thurman hitting the crossbar, Fitzhugh narrowly shooting wide. On twenty five minutes Morrow could have had his hat trick but when clean through and only the keeper to beat he hit his shot wide. In 38 minutes a long ball from Prims keeper Andy Fretwell found Gwinnutt who after beating a couple of players scored Prims third A minute later it was four when Morrow did complete his hat trick when he found the net with a right foot shot.
Give credit to Vics they did keep coming at Prims and had a great chance to pull one back but Mark Raisin shot over when free in the box.
On the stroke of half time Prims made it five when Ollie Ball headed home a Fitzhugh corner.

Half time Prims 5 Borrowash Vics 0

The bumper crowd was waiting to see what the second half would bring and to be honest it was much of the same and on the fifty first minute Dallison scored from a yard out after good work from Wilkinson, two minutes later Dallison had his second after being put through he struck the ball home from the edge and of the box. At this point Vics players hearts had gone as Prims continued to press for more and it did with two goals in three minutes by Matt Harris, his first in sixty five when he lofted the ball over the keeper in to the roof of the net, his second and Prims ninth when he slotted home after some good work by Thurman.
At this point Prims players did not do the easy things and instead of playing players were trying beat too many of the Vics defenders and walk the ball in instead of passing.
Morrow could have had his fourth but headed wide from four yards out, afterwards he said he had shut his eyes.
But Prims did make it ten in the seventy ninth minute when Brad Scard scored from the penalty spot after Matt Harris had been fouled.
Fretwell in the Prims goal had an even quieter second half

Final score Prims 10 Borrowash Vics 0
