FRIDAY NIGHT TAKEAWAY AT THE CLUBHOUSE - award winning Punjabi Street Food...

Jahjyot - the amazing Punjabi Street Food Stall - are feeding the 1st XV at the Clubhouse on Friday between 7-9pm. The Bar will be open so come along, sample the food and take yours home with you - takeaway menu for Club members below:

Menu
Amritsar Chicken - Succulent pieces of Sussex chicken gently cooked in a rich aromatic creamy masala sauce with coriander and potatoes.

Baba’s Keema - award winning Sussex minced lamb slowly cooked in a unique mix of spices and combined with peas and chilli.

Chole Masala (v) - soft chickpeas cooked in a delicate yoghurt, tamarind and fenugreek sauce and topped with fresh red onion.

Chicken Tikka Wraps - marinated pieces of chicken, pan fried and served in a Methi Chapatti on saffron rice.

Masala Dosa (GF) - rice flour pancake topped with a fresh masala sauce and filled with either spiced potato, paneer or chicken before rolling, drizzled with tamarind and mint raita.

All curry dishes are £7 including saffron rice; Chicken tikka wrap £6; Spiced aloo (potato) Masala Dosa £6; Paneer (Indian cheese) Masala Dosa £7; Chicken tikka Masala Dosa £8
