Natural Receding Gum Mouthwash

Making Your Own Mouthwash With Essential Oil Is Simple, Effective And Healthy.
The essential oil is naturally antiseptic and anti-bacterial so why not use the benefits the oil offers.

What Do You Need For Your Gum Healing Mouthwash?

• 2 drops of peppermint essential oil
• 2 drops of lemon essential oil
• 2 drops of tea tree essential oil
• 2 drops of aniseed essential oil
• 1 drop of clove essential oil
• 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon of Xylitol, (also known as birch sugar) this is a natural sweetener that helps to prevent cavities.
• 100 ml. distilled, filtered or boiled water (if you use boiled water, let it cool down to room temperature)
• if you need you can also add another teaspoon aloe vera gel.
• A dark glass bottle of 100 ml.

Preparation Method

First apply essential oil, baking soda and possibly the Aloe Vera gel in the glass bottle. Then add the water and shake well. This amount is about enough for about 1 week, so you have fresh mouthwash every time. You can also make mouthwash with other types of essential oil. Experiment with different combinations and always start with a few drops, you can always add later.

Another very good essential oil for mouthwash is clove; clove helps very well with a toothache and with inflamed gums.

Furthermore, peppermint, spearmint, lemon, rosemary, and tea-tree are very suitable to use for your mouthwash recipe. Lavender can also, but that is a matter of taste.
Personally, in addition to the above mouthwash, you also find a mouthwash with spearmint, tea tree and rosemary a nice combination. These are very suitable because of their disinfecting and cleansing effect.

Lemon also seems to help to get whiter teeth, but I have no experience with that myself.
In any case, always use essential oil of good quality that is pure and natural.

How To Use The Natural Receding Gums Mouthwash?

Before use, shake the bottle just as well; take a mouthful of mouthwash in your mouth and gargle. Then spit it out and ready!
Due to the disinfecting action of the essential oil and the baking soda, this mouthwash also helps soothe a sore throat.
You can also double the amount and make a larger amount if you use the water with the whole family. It is, of course, more fun to create a bottle of your own for everyone. (Also fun to do with the children). For children, orange is also a fine essential oil, for example in combination with spearmint for a little fresh sweet taste.
