Volunteers Required for NatWest RugbyForce 2017 Sat 24th & Sun 25th June

Volunteers required to help on Maintenance Weekend for Hinckley RFC
All volunteers welcome. Materials will be supplied however some equipment may be required. "Rations" provided throughout the day.
Jobs that are on the agenda this year are as follows:
- The BIG JOB - Paint the bottom clubhouse top to bottom - paint sprayer will be required plus loads of painters
- Point the brick buy brick bricks. Hopefully the new ones will be in place.
- Clear around the edges of the new car park and weed ready for top soil
- Fence Maintenance around top pitch
- Wood Fence painting
- 4 Hanging baskets should be in place by then but we need to look at the 2 planters and what we are doing with them
- Strimming out on the verge
- Strimming around pitches as required
Plus other jobs as identified before now and then.
