Annual Fun Day and Awards Night

Our annual Fun Day and Awards Night is on the 2nd June. Details as follows

Fun Day - P1 - 7 (time 10 - 12?)
A morning of games with a refreshment tent available. The different age groups take on their team mates and their parents - so come prepared with your trainers.

We will be looking for volunteers to help out at the refreshment tent and also anyone who can donate home baking, that would be fantastic. There is always the setting up and clearing up as well so if anyone can help out there, so please let us know if you can help. Awards Night - Open to all members

The annual awards Night will be held in the Huntly Golf Club on Saturday the 2nd June. Open at 6.30pm with presentations starting at 7.30pm.

This is open to all members of the club and children of any age are welcome to come along. We especially encourage the players from the P4 upwards age groups to come along as you never know if you have won a trophy!

There are no tickets this year, just a place on the list. To reserve your place contact Mandy Andrew either in person or via mandyjandrew@btinternet.com. Places must be paid (cash or cheque) when they are booked to confirm your booking. Last year we had a capacity crowd so don't leave it too late as you may be disappointed.

Prices are as follows:

Adults - £5
Children - £2.50
Family - £12.50

Please note: we are in the Golf Club this year so please do not bring food and drinks into the venue. The bar will be open throughout the evening.

We will be holding a raffle during the evening and donations of raffle prizes would be greatly appreciated. These can be handed to Jane McKenzie, Mandy Andrew, the coaches or brought along on the night.

A reminder to present cup holders that all cups need to be returned before the 5th May.
