Points were shared between the 2 sides as only 1 over was possible after tea as Ingleton looked to chase down 186 to win.
Fielding first the visitors started off quite well on a soft pitch, Preston and Hughes taking the new ball.
No real chances for wickets came until the 11th over until a change in the field saw Hughes drop out to the cow corner boundary and Williams hit it straight there next ball off Preston. It was then a further 14 overs before Royce mirrored his opening partner putting it to Hughes, this time off the Bowling of Kellett with the score on 80.
Errors in the field allowed the home side to push on to 130 with 10 overs to go. Kellett picked up a further 2 wickets with a catch at cover by Fleming and bowling Metcalfe for 18.
3 run outs from Hughes, Dawson and Whitfield kept the visitors in the game as the hosts closed on 185-7.
The covers were put on during the tea interval and then removed for 1 over from Troughton to Kellett.
Ingleton entertain Coniston on Saturday in the league before making the trip to Carlisle for the semi final of the County Cup on Sunday.
