The directors of the Club are the annually elected Club Chair, honorary Secretary and Treasurer, Vice-Chair, Club Captain, and Supporters, Social, and Brand & Marketing Secretaries. Together they form the Club's Board, ultimately responsible for managing the Club on behalf of its members, ensuring the effective management and development of the King's Cross Steelers RFC. Each director holds a portfolio of individual responsibilities and functions, but work as a team to ensure the Club goes from strength to strength. The Club Officers are members of the Club who have volunteered their time and skills to assist in the effective management of the Club. Appointed by the Board, they each have responsibility for a particular Club management function or area of development, and come together with the directors to form the Management Committee.
