Manager Neil Baker rung the changes bringing in Owen Wyatt, Scott Lycett, Dan Shelley, Jordan Johnson and Sam Grimshaw to his starting line-up.
The opening goal came inside 100 seconds when Dan Shelley slotted home low in the corner of the goal after Rob Stevenson had headed against the crossbar.
On 27 minutes Blues doubled their advantage when Darren Chadwick netted a penalty (pictured, above) after Stevenson had been fouled.
The third came just on half-time when Johnson converted a right wing cross from Stevenson.
Roles were reversed six minutes after the break when Johnson crossed for Stevenson to apply a simple finish from close range.
Chadwick missed the chance to net his second on the hour when his spot-kick was saved after Marc Grocott had been brought down in the box.
Shelley rounded off the scoring in the 79th minute with a low finish for Leek's fifth and his second of the game.
Johnson smashed a free-kick against the crossbar late on and Blues had numerous other chances throughout the game in which they simply had too much for their plucky opponents from the North West Counties League.
