Bradford Junior Cricket League Under 13s Cup Semi Final

Lightcliffe’s Bradford under 13s interest in the Cup ended at the semi final stage as they were comfortably beaten by competition favourites Bingley.

Hampered by absentees on holiday. a late drop-out, and fielding two other junior teams on the same evening, the 10 player team gave of their best.

Despite losing Dylan Harrison early, Toby Morley, Tom Shaw and Ben Ward batted well, supported in the later stages by James Bancroft.
Nevertheless the 73 total was never going to suffice and Bingley overcame the score without difficulty.
