Team News:

Ed Smyllie and Ryan Dunn miss the game due to unavailability. Jonty Welch hasn't recovered from the Hamstring injury he sustained in the week so also sits this one out. Club Captain Craig Martin also misses out with a long term back injury.

Ellis Sausman comes back into the squad as his gentle return to play continues and second team prolific goalscorer Nick Bradley gets his first taste of first team action.

The Opposition:

Ardley voluntarily took relegation from the Hellenic Premier last season after a top six finish.

However despite their turbulent summer they have made a fast start to the 2017/18 season winning all of their opening 5 games in Hellenic One West so this will be as close to a Hellenic Prem opposition as you will get at present.

Our previous years results on this ground against Ardley have been good winning 2-0 in our first season in the league and 4-1 last season.

Moores Thoughts:

No time to dwell on our previous two results. The performance was better on Wednesday but we paid the price by not taking our chances and Wantage took their chances well.

This offers a good distraction for us, in a cup they we have yet to win a game in so all in all we owe ourself one in this competition.
