Gibbs signs for Newent

Town striker back with home town club
Our former golden boot winner Pat Gibbs is now turning out for his first club Newent Town who play in the Hellenic League Division 2 West.
Newent are currently in 7th place in the table. Their last two games have seen them beat Clanfield 85 Dev 1-0 with a goal from Pat, and then last week they beat our league cup opponents Faringdon Town, 1-0 away from home.
Perhaps he could give us an insight on them before they visit us next Saturday.
Faringdon are in 4th spot in the league having won 4 of their 6 games played, they are only one point off the top.
Their leading scorer is Richard Evans who has found the net 6 times in his 7 appearances this term.
