A successful trip to Biggar and then the Hawick beer festival starts the season
39 folk took the bus to Biggar for a four 20 minute run out. The weather was fine and the views stunning. The players were given a stern work out by their higher placed opposition but everyone gave their all. We were well hosted by Biggar and then travelled to the Hawick beer festival. A good skinful was had by all and the evening was finished off by beating Hawick in a large boat race !!

Ponteland play Winlaton Vulcans this Saturday, the same opposition at Pont's first ever match 9th Sept 1967 !!!
